Prompt Pay Act Notice (A.R.S. §32-1188): You must issue any written objection to an invoice within 14 days. If not, it will be deemed approved. Once approved, payment is due within 7 days.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Arizona law. All legal claims must be filed in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you waive your right to trial by jury.
